There are many cities and communities where certain properties and venues remain unused and abandoned, or are struggling to find ways to revitalize and capture the needs of today’s consumers.
The good news is many of these properties can be rehabbed, remodeled, and repurposed for “Groundbreaking” opportunities that can be profitable to both communities and businesses. In 2017, we spoke with the Mayor of a small town with an empty Shopping Mall and a once bustling Main Street, that lost its voice to call people to it’s beautiful city. With vision and planning, this town can become a destination where people will come to shop, dine, and more.
